The Swiss watch brand and Spartan USA will partner in a multi-year contract through 2020; Luminox unveils unique Spartan-branded timepieces

Spartan’s events through 2018 include the Stadium Series taking place in ballparks and stadiums across the United States, the Honor Series taking place at U.S. Army bases and military training grounds, the Spartan World Championship in North Lake Tahoe, CA, the Trifecta World Championship in Sparta, Greece, and 24-hour Ultra World Championship in Iceland. The brand will be present on-site throughout marketing, time keeping, and VIP experiences.
Official Spartan Watch Collection
Luminox will release the first of three official Spartan co-branded watches on September 15, 2018 in advance of the Spartan World Championship in North Lake Tahoe, CA. Two additional co-branded watches, from the 1000 Series and the 0300 Series, will be released in October 2018. The official Spartan Race logo is featured on the case back and dial, and each timepiece will be presented to select top winners of the main Luminox and Spartan sponsored races.
The official timepiece features Luminox Light Technology (LLT), a self-powered illumination system employing tiny micro gas light sources. This Swiss technology guarantees visibility for 24 hours a day up to 25 years, using gas lights mounted on the hands, dial, and bezel for supreme night visibility.
